I will touch base and we will have a simple conversation about your or your family’s unique circumstances and how I can guide you to a less cluttered, more organised and calmer home.
You’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions you still have and if you’re ready, we can book your consultation dates. I will email you the relevant paperwork and once it has been signed with your deposit paid, you are ready for your first consult!
Your first session, let’s get to work!
It’s time to refresh your spaces with some hands on work.
I know you want to, but please don’t tidy before I arrive. Seeing your home in its normal state allows me to evaluate areas that are tricky, see what storage solutions are / aren’t working for you and consider where we can make the biggest impact to bring calm to your home.
Firstly, working together we begin by choosing the space for this session.
We’ll do a quick tidy and return items that definitely don’t belong to their current homes. This gives us a clear view of the space and the items that tend to live there on a day to day basis which we will need to make decisions about.
Then we discuss and create your vision and purpose for the space.
Next, its time to decide what is staying / going, get ready to challenge your thinking processes and gently stretch your emotions.
Lastly, we group and sort remaining items then put them back in an organised way so the space functions well for those using it. Depsnding on your philosophy and budget, this may or may not involve putting in place products that I’ve recommended or you’ve chosen to purchase.

Continuing Service & Maintenance.
Most clients have a minimum of three sessions booked and we repeat the process of the first session several times over, often a week or two apart, unless back to back sessions are agreed upon at the time of booking. As we get further through, the focus often changes from decluttering to organising the space. This may be with items from the home or with new items.
Some clients choose a continuous service option with a fortnightly, monthly or twice-yearly session to keep on top of their home, gather advice about different spaces or areas they would like to improve. This can be extremely valuable if you’re someone who is just too busy to set aside the time, or someone who is on the borderline of hoarding and needs regular assistance maintaining clutter as part of integrated services.
